No you don’t create a new account at all until your main gets unbanned. As for being unbanned… try in a year after all this bypassing.

Yes inappropriate skins are one ban, bypassing is another. The terms in the ban are what rule you’ve broken, in this case bypassing. I’ve talked to Penquin and he’s not going to be unbanning you.
