Ban evader.. twice.

First off i would appreciate if hazard took care of this, as he did the first time this person did it.

Anyway, i gave hazard proof my friend evaded a ban and he banned her, and now she’s back.. i said she should be banned and she asked why, i said ban evading and asked her to log into her account and she said it was still banned, i have screenshots.
