Ban bypasser.

This player has been bypasssing ban for days. A staff (Dark) alreay banned him for almost 3 times this afternoon and managed to bypass over and over.

@HazardTheDutchAD This is probably the same person with hundreds of ban bypass. Please do an another method of ban.
