Ban Appeal

Hi, admins --

My son tried to log on to Broken Lens and got a message that he has been permanently banned. However, as far as we know he has not gotten any previous warnings, and we don't think he was doing anything wrong in the servers/games. Many thanks for any assistance!

Time/date: 1 PM Singapore time

Second: Broken Lens server

Third: IGN is tnt

Fourth, Write your appeal: we don't actually know why he got banned -- he was playing on the server with other kids doing TNTRun and TNTTag, murderous mystery and hide and seek. If he was doing something wrong he will stop, but he believed he was following the rules and had not gotten other warnings as far as we know. Could it have been someone else with the same username?

Fifth, Add a screenshot.

Sixth Were you banned by an admin: don't know, he tried to log on and got a message about being permanently banned.
