Hey,
I got banned when i was offline, Because I was auto clicking in the server. I removed the auto clicker from my device.

I regret for what I did and I won’t do it again.

I guess I got banned by: SoftwareSlicer.

And this is my first time I got ban, so please give me another chance.

I got banned for 7d but now I don’t know why it says permanently banned in the image below:

Hey there, I'm pretty sure I discussed this with you earlier in the forum thread for your initial ban appeal and in a private conversation you added me in.

Cheating on BrokenLens is generally a permanent ban unless you have proven that you haven't made any other accounts and you haven't done tried bypassing or doing anything against the server rules over the course of a couple of months or a year and even then that isn't always a guarantee that you will be unbanned after that appeal.
As a result, I will not unban your account.

I would recommend waiting it out for at least a few months before making another appeal for your BrokenLens account.
This might seem like a bit of a harsh punishment although hacking on BrokenLens really disrupts the gameplay experience not just for the player base but for the staff and moderators who are frequently checking through and investigating these types of cases.
