Solved Ban appeal

I was banned from the server 2 or 3 years ago. I had quit mcpe soon after being banned and have now returned to playing and enjoying the game again. At the time my account got banned for " flying". I still do not know how this happened seeing as it's not a valid reason, at the time I'm pretty sure if a mod would have joined and spectated me they would have seen I was not hacking. I've read and analysed the forums and have noticed points of interest including bans having a chance to be deducted to temporary after being once permanent. I'm asking for my account to get a temporary ban since I wasn't hacking and I'm sure none of my friends on the account believe I was either. Also at the time I was a content creator and there are still videos on YouTube of me playing for additional proof I was legit The YouTube channel name is X7kush there are many vids on the brokenlens server on that channel and if you take the time out to watch any of them you'll realise I was banned wrongfully. Thank you for reading my appeal and hopefully I will get unbanned have a nice day

Hi, can I please also get some help?
This happens in all servers, whenever I vote and go back to mc and do /vote it says I haven't voted. My mc username is Dav1d R0 10. I don't know how I put spaces in my name. I think that's the problem, anyways. I need help
