hi! i have been mistakenly banned, and i have no idea why! my username is: arrgghhwwaa . what might help is that i returned an emerald rank.. but other than that i have been using no hacks whatsoever. please fix this! thanks

i returned the product after a day or two, and when i went back, i got a notification in my email saying it was returned. then, when i went to brokenlens, it says i was banned!

I think maybe you’ve been permanently banned for chargeback, it’s whenever you take back your money and still keep one of our items, which isn’t allowed. you can probably try contacting @vertx for more information.

I’m not 100% sure why you were banned since there isn’t too much info, but I’ll ask Vertx more about it if he doesn’t reply here, I’m sure he’d know why you were banned.

Ermmm.. it shouldn’t take too long, sometimes he’s more active, but other times he takes a bit - he should reply to me in a decent amount of time (like maybe a few hours or few days, it just depends.) but you’ll have to be a bit patient qwq

Since you’ve been unbanned I assume it must’ve been a tiny mistake, so it definitely won’t go on your ‘record’ since it wasn’t a valid ban. ♡
