To whom this may concern,
Hello! Today I am here to talk about a ban appeal. So, here is the story. My sister wanted to play Hide and Seek port, 2083. When she tried to connect to the server, a pop up, the first image on this thread, appeared. I tried logging in to Skywars and the same pop-up appeared.
My sister's IGN is now Its_Me_Asain, previously AsainGirl12.
My Name: William Namvong/AnAsianGuyMC

I banned her, because she had full diamond armour and a diamond sword, but as the screenshots in that thread show, there is no evidence of any mining. Therefore I thought that she had used creative mode hacks to get the diamond gear. Your IP address was banned, which is why you can't connect to the servers either. That report is from over a month ago - did you know she was hacking?

I did not
She says she got a chest with diamond armor and at the time, you cannot mine blocks from maps

I did not.
I told her what you told me and she said that, she gathered diamond armor and a diamond sword from chests. She goes on saying that you couldn't mine anything from the maps, meaning you could not get diamonds from the map and create diamond armor or a diamond sword. You could only get them from chests. If you tried to mine blocks from the map, it would make a noise.

She also said that at the time, she was unjailbroken on her iPad meaning no possible way, not that I know of, for her to hack or cheat.

It's true that there was a bug that prevented people from mining diamonds from the ores, and I think Vertx temporarily solved this by making it so that you get a piece of diamond gear when you mine a diamond ore block. I don't remember diamond gear being in chests at the time of the ban (February).

At the time that I banned her, you couldn't mine things because of a bug. But anyway, there is no evidence of mining in the screenshots in that thread.

Thank you for the reminder telling me that you CAN mine things from the map. This brings me to my point where there is diamond ore in the lower part of the base that you spawn in. In that lower part is diamond ore that you CAN mine, meaning you CAN get diamond armor or diamond weapons.

I still would like to point something out, she was UNJAILBROKEN. Do you know anyway one can hack using an UNJAILBROKEN device? (Not trying to be mean or anything.)

There is a /gm command that you can do at any time in MCPE to change your gamemode. I don't know if it works on servers now, but I believe some hackers have used it.

Regardless, I want to unban you and your sister because you don't seem like an untrustworthy person, and it is my decision because I was the one who banned you. But if any of you are confirmed to be hacking in the future, you will be banned and not given another chance. Can you check to see that you can now join the server?
