Ban appeal format

I am on the forums for a month now and I often look at the ban appeal section and try to help the people who got banned but that is very hard because there is almost no one who follows the correct ban appeal format.I think many people dont know that there is a correct ban appeal format and just tipe things like:"I am banned pls help" but they cant get unbanned that way and everyone has to ask them many question before they can help.So I think when you try to make a new thread in the ban appeals section you should get something like a formular where you have to tipe things like youre username and who banned you and things like that.I think that would make it easier because everyone would have to follow the correct ban appeal format and it would be easier to help them.
