Ban appeal for Jeffrey6666

The reason I made this ban appeal is because his from taiwan, his english ain't good. So I talk to him in some chinese and then amazing he had to reply in english.-. but this is what I found.
IGN:Betty1005 She is Jeffrey6666's friend and was permanent banned(same network?) so Jeffrey6666 was banned to please unban Jeffrey6666 as it was network ban or just call a mod who can speak chinese I am horrible at typing chinese so kinda slowXD @ssunsett @HazardTheDutchAD @Laura_Aria Ps I believe Betty1005 is banned by 'The Watcher' no thread on her.

I just checked, and Jeffrey was banned by The Watcher; there is no one else on his network. Betty1005 doesn't even exist.
