Ban Appeal for Cutesheep2

I was banned on December 12th. Wheneer I try to join a game, it says I'm using a blacklisted or public-shared server which I don't understand. Could I get someone to help me out? My IGN is Cutesheep2.

Hey, I figured it out. My VPN has been on for these 3 days. I turned it off and now it works fine. Thanks for trying to help me. Greatly appreciated!!
