Ban Apeal for "Glitch exploiting"

So, apparently I was banned for glitch exploiting I have never cheated to get wins. Hacking is very silly because why would I work hard just to risk getting banned and losing my levels. I am not sure why it says that I am in the wall but in that round in the Haunted Pizzeria map I was hiding in a corner behind trapdoors and glass which backs up to a tunnel. I can understand if his player tracker was bringing him into the back of the wall. I also remember that his teammate had found me last second and killed me. I have never hacked on brokenlens and I have never hacked to win a game. I would just like to be able to go back on today and play with friends.
Normally if the ban was small I wouldn't mind waiting it out. Although it is a week long and because I know I didn't do anything wrong it's a little annoying. I'm hoping we can resolve this. Thank you

SS : as you can also see that is the corner in pizzeria and in that map there is a small space you can get to by climbing trapdoors. I wasn't hacking he just didnt look hard enough.

Times banned before: this is my second or third. The first times were for teaming.

Hi, I would just like to add on since I also hide at the spot on cursed pizzeria map. Since the spot is at the corner with trapdoors too it would make sense why it would take them out of the map when they try to teleport to her. I don’t think they are the type of person to glitch exploit.

Sorry- I haven't been on since this morning and I can't het back on for hours- Christmas family stuff going on today- I didn't try any parkour to get there Mads- I just checked that you can't get there from the waterfall or from the area to the left of the waterfall

Well- idrk it's pine's decision, it's pretty obvious that there were barriers that were supposed to block that place and you went around them, i think you should've reported it as a map problem instead of abusing it but again it's pine's decision

I’ll unban you but simply because that was pretty much fault on our end, even though it might’ve been obvious you weren’t supposed to be back there and quite unfair to others who weren’t aware, we’ll have to fix that soon, if it hasn’t already been done. If you’re caught going outside a map again you may not be unbanned, so please be a bit more careful next time. Have a nice day! You’re unbanned.
