Reason to get unbanned - Well the Xray that I used is technically a texture pack and not a mod, but still I was wrong to use it and I am really sorry for that.

It's Ray's decision. You've already had luck, he already reduced your ban time. I don’t think he will change his mind.

Even if it came in a resource pack, it still modifies the game. It's a modification - a mod. And you said you have hacked at least twice before, so I'm sorry, I'm not going to reduce your ban further.
