Also, I know that these are in Java and that some of them are old. First of all, they are old because B-Hopping/Sprint Jumping is common knowledge and has been proven effective numerous times, it used to be a "gaming myth" back then but now it's a well-known fact. Second, as far as I am aware sprint speed across all platforms of Minecraft is consistent; if not virtually the same. And jumping speed is also the same across all platforms, to be specific: If you hold jump and you tapped each jump in a metronome (thus measuring its BPM, beats per minute), it will measure to 100BPM; try it, get a metronome and set it to 100BPM and hold jump.
