I’ve looked into this before, whenever I asked Vertx if I remember correctly I *think* he told me edw might’ve done it. (I could try looking over my messages with Vertx and see if I can find where he mentioned it.) your account is indeed deleted. Although I believe it shouldn’t of been, we lost all the information we needed to check if you were bypassing whenever it was deleted. There’s no baninfo, your bypassing accounts don’t even exist anymore. 
as far as I’m aware, once an account is deleted there’s no way to get it back.
