This is basically asking they should do a face reveal but they're very knowledgeable in terms of phsycological sciences and know a lot about human perception, they mean if people haven't seen their face, they aren't going to picture it to be as ugly as it actually is, generally, the human brain works in a way where most often, what it imagines is usually symmetrical and similar to what they see around them, for example an Asian person might imagine them to be Asian and have dark hair and eyes: that image will be inspired by what they know, this is unless that person knows they're not Asian and maybe that they're white and will picture them in a similar way to someone who's face they've seen who is also white and why am I talking in the third person, I have issues.
