Attack Animation

For sum reason when I go to fight someone the other players attack animation doesnt show so its just them looking at me hitting me without an animation :/
Maybe this is just a Minecraft glitch in general Im just putting it here cause it happend to me on the server
Also one of the reasons why I dont like the update

This doesn't happen on any of the partnered servers, so it might be a result of brokenlens rushing to get the server on 1.2
