Asia Server?

I wanted to play this server but i got connected in Canada and USA and i want to play in Asia so i can have better ping(latency). and also im using crack MCW10 and i can't use xbox live so this server can only work on me.
so i check this server where i live but is says private.

Hmm this is weird.. It says its registered by someone called "Stevendazo"..
And it was made in 2017?
