things i like:
1. the eyes. the eyes look really good, and the detail that's gone into them has made it look brilliant.
2. the eye lashes. idk why but they just look hella good to me??
things to work on:
1. the right eyebrow should be moved to the left so that it's aligned with the eye.
2. the lips look a bit off. especially to the right. idk maybe try redrawing it?
3. also it might just be the angle the photo was taken from but i think the eyes, nose and lips should be moved down slightly. a forehead usually takes up at least 1/3 of a face - you just don't use it due to hair.

I'm quick to notice that the face is 3/4 of the head. The forehead is, I guess small. Since this is realism, dilating the eyes and eyebrows to be smaller would make this look more natural. To include, a lot of the face is very high up and spaced out a lot. Moving the eyes and nose down would fix this issue.
