I do,, I try my best to fix everything people give me feedback on but honestly sometimes it slips my mind or I'm already doing lineart when it's too late

I usually always have problems stuck in my head until I learn from it. Making mistakes always trouble me because I don't want people to judge me, even if I know they won't. I can't give feedback on how you can remember other than sticky notes or writing on your hand xD
