She speaks Russian so I tried my best with a translator xD

She said she wouldn't change? What a stupid reason to get a perm ban .....

I told her it was inappropriate and to change and she just said no

Icy wrote the ban message in Russian so she knows why and she has been banned for it 6-7 times total

If she’s been banned 6-7 times for the same skin, she knows exactly why. We can permanently ban her if you guys want, she got banned the correct amount of times and warned for it so it’s not like she isn’t aware of what she’s doing (¬_¬)ﾉ
