You don't like arguing? But every thread you make causes an argument. Funny huh. Maybe stop making these threads and arguing might stop over stupid things. If you don't like "dramatic people" there's an ignore button right on their profile. People can act the way they wanna act. It's their own choice.
Also Think of "arguing" as people expressing their own opinions. Let's face it why does an argument begin? Because people express their own opinions and others may not like it and so theirfor an argument begins. But I'm gonna refer to it as debating. The skill to debate is gonna be a useful skill to know in the future

So you're saying this is our fault? We've made rules, we've tried to sort out fair bans, etc. We've tried our best to improve and we've done everything we can, and it's still ENTIRELY our fault? We've changed a lot of things but people don't see it. Also mainly that vertx hasn't approved of some things yet, and he's pretty busy, so I'm not blaming him. Sure, maybe it could be a part of our fault as well, but saying "I've told the staff members to change things and they won't" won't do anything. Even if we make changes, toxicity will still happen. PEOPLE are toxic, not the community. We add rules, they go against them. What is our job? We ban them.
Argue all you want, please, just do, it'll help us improve. Whether you're saying something positive or negative, I don't care, I find it as you doing a favour.

I said it like that , but I'm well aware that it clearly isn't all on the staff's fault. But , we should be seeing twice more bans than what is currently happening with the amount of rules that people are breaking

Well when I can't do the job , that's the only thing I can say expect helping in my way and that's what I do with my arguments and my players reports.
