Argh!! Not again!!

This is second time today!! I'm banned A G A I N ! I' don't now what to do with this problem. My someone who use my network is banned?, but only 1 people (and me) play brokenlens useing same wifi. This is so annyoing. Please help and tell what I do with this problem. My family just buy new wifi?
