The requirement for a YT rank is to have at least 1 video in the server and 100 subscribers.

Like Amon said, the requirements for claiming the YT rank are to have at least 100 subs and at least 1 video about BrokenLens. If you can not claim the rank due to warning points, tag a golbal moderator or an admin so you can claim they can remive the points.
