like dz said, being accepted for the staff team takes a long time. it can take days, weeks, months, or even years. staff carefully choose the new members, so what you put in your application is important, but how you treat the community and server as well. it took me months for me to get accepted but i know you can do it! good luck with the application! ^ u ^
