7. Maybe he wanted to share that he applied. What's the problem with it? And no, this isn't private. He just said he applied and that's it. Even if he posted this for people to judge him to see if he'd make a good staff member, their opinions shouldn't or wouldn't change anything.

8. We choose people to be staff because we generally think they'd make a good staff member, not because a bunch of people hope they get accepted. We don't choose depending on how much support someone has either.

9. Again, maybe he wanted to share it. Who are you to say he can't?

None of this is hurting you in any way, nor is it affecting you. So I don't get the point.

All these people calling him a try hard when it's really just affecting your chances by showing part of your personality. What's so wrong about being a try hard? You're working towards a goal, which to me is really something to look up to. Someone who doesn't give up on their goals even if they're hard to achieve. Maybe next time think twice before calling someone a try hard.

You know what’s funny? Most of the people that are calling him a try hard are the people that have hopes of becoming staff. Most of them calling him a try hard are even bigger tryharsa than him

Do you look up to spike? God of the tryhards?

While I agree that calling someone names looks bad on you not them, I have to disagree with the tryhard thing. I do not look up to the so called 'tryhards' on this forum. Just becoming staff is not a respectable goal. They want the role for personal gain, not to help people (which should be the actual goal, and becoming staff just a tool that could help achieve that goal).
