Getting staff is not easy as you think, you need to be helpful first until staffs noticed that you are enough to deserves it, even some very helpful members like shive, strelitzia, trenz, tokyo not get accepted yet, don't hope too high.

I'm suspicious, what's the point of this thread?telling everyone that you gonna be a helper one day? it's private u know, only warrior and vertx decide. and i think this thread already lowers your chance to be part of the team (no offense)

also do not bold or underline every words you said, it's getting annoying for some people.

and the last thing, don't be a tryhard trying to get staff or another spike.

just telling u this, no hate.

This comment was obviously not needed, I was simply stating that I have applied for staff, I never stated that I was gonna try hard to get to helper, and I never said “Oh! I’m so exited, I’m gonna be staff” so stop giving me hate, I just wanted to share with this community what I have done, and also what do you know?! You’re a new member ._.

Also, why should you be suspicious, it’s an image saying that i’ve Applied for staff, what’s so “suspicious” about that?

1st there's a "Helper" tag in his signature yesterday, but he removed it. It's more like impersonate helper though.
2nd he kinda acts like staff, not only me saying this.
3rd he doesn't seem to be patient. "Really quickly wanted to know if you hear back whetever or not you got accepted or not".
4th he's a new member, I don't really see he was being helpful? I don't know.
5th All he is thinking is about getting accepted or not probably.
6th he is always bold everywords he said like this which can make people get annoyed or dizzy.
7th what's the point of this thread? why share it in public? not convo? this is private right? vertx and warrior decide, not peoples.
8th why is he sharing this thread anyway? just for people saying "Goodluck I hope you get accepted!" to increase his chance becoming a helper?
9th I thought there a lot people trying to apply for staff, not only him, but why should sharing? to make him special? famous? great? can't explain.

1. Just because he put helper in his signature doesn't mean he wanted to fake being a helper on the staff team. Maybe he put it there to show that he likes to help people or something.

3. He just applied for the staff team. You're telling me that nobody ever gets impatient to hear a response when they apply for something?

4. Being new doesn't mean anything. He can still prove himself if he works hard.

5. How do you know that? Just based off of his posts? You don't see what goes on in his mind. And even if so, I don't see why it's a point that should be taken to not accept him into the staff team.

6. I don't see how this is even a major problem? I really doubt that typing in bold and colours makes anyone dizzy or annoys them. Typing in bold and colours isn't something we take into consideration when picking staff.

7. Maybe he wanted to share that he applied. What's the problem with it? And no, this isn't private. He just said he applied and that's it. Even if he posted this for people to judge him to see if he'd make a good staff member, their opinions shouldn't or wouldn't change anything.

8. We choose people to be staff because we generally think they'd make a good staff member, not because a bunch of people hope they get accepted. We don't choose depending on how much support someone has either.

9. Again, maybe he wanted to share it. Who are you to say he can't?

None of this is hurting you in any way, nor is it affecting you. So I don't get the point.
