You could honestly say it on a nice way than saying it on a rude way, you are making your situation as of now really hard for you. You are acting that you are the one who commited the violation, you are acting guilty from what I see towards you.
If you have been banned, just for a single report that you are hacking. Then, you should have ask the staff for another chance to be given towards you, you shouldn't implement your bad attitude just because you got banned.
It wouldn't also help you out in your situation when you're leaving just because you've got banned. You have a mistake that you have done, you didn't asked for a second chance but all you did is to be a rude and decide to leave. If you really feel that you are innocent, why not protect yourself and prove then that they mistakenly banned you? Instead, of acting guilty and being rude.
Also, if others have used your account and they have commited any violation on the server, it is your fault not by the staff. You let your brother use your account, so you need to face the consequence that he hacked on your account. It is also your duty to stay your account protected and don't let others use your account.
As others said, “Your own account is your own responsibility.”

I didn't get it clear in the first place, i thought he was being a bit sarcastic towards Strel, because Strel reported him. But, I take a look and read it 6 times just to understand things clearer and I finally realize he is asking for apology.
