Anyone else experiencing this?

So I spawned in the hub (of course) and when I sprint and jump around it’s like this weird slow motion thing and this weird leap effect in first person but you’re not actually leaping just normal jump

EDIT: It’s not like the VERY slow motion but it’s like my player has a potion effect of slowness and a mini leap
DISCLAIMER: I promise you I don’t have hacks (I’m not aloud to download things on my laptop without perm and I’m not the type of person to hack) and other people see me as a normal player

I saw a guy in tnt run he was like gliding through z air and he didnt catch the block and he slowly VERY SLOWY went to the void xp
