im wondering if anyone knows how to change the skins on different skin packs dunno if anyone knows how to? if you do give me a guide through :)

How do you mean? Do you mean make your own skin pack? if this is what you mean it is impossible.

no what i mean the skin packs that are already made its like the minecon one with the capes and i saw someone with a cape on but it was a skyrim mash up cape but he had his own skin in it dunno how he done it

He more likely just went through and completely re-coded the way the skins looked through editing the file. it's pretty hard to do and there are no tutorials on it.
