Any Commands?

Any Commands to help me fill up these giant holes? If you think it's just a small hole, I'm making Catherine The Great's Palace and I haven't even started on the first and second floor. I'm also gonna submit this map as a murder mystery map. Any commands to help me?

If you think it's small. It's because its a smaller version of the palace. It would take me a week to finish that. Anyways...
