Would anyone be able to make clouds similar to these
in a cubemap with a transparent backround?

A cubemap has 4 sides and a top and bottom, so basically it's a square that you are inside of like this

■■■■ (sides)
■ (bottom)
(it would all fold up)
If you do make it, don't put part of a cloud on the outermost side square on the side (because it's hard to make the clouds line up correctly) (sorry if that didn't make sense i can explain better if u want)
