Another Walking Particle bug

For some reason not nly InstantSpell and WitchMagic doesn't work, also Spell (which I bought had no absolute effect whatsoever.) I am looking forward to this to be seen by the devs which accord with other victims of this bug, which got scammed off some coins and got disappointed towards this problem.
