Solved Another strange jump-boost speed cheater.

Reasons: They were using jump-boost, could fly, and ran incredibly fast. Turns out the cheater in question has at least 3 other accounts to top it all off.

The video is done uploading.
I also did some slow-motion edits with a copy of the original clip to make things more interesting and to emphasize the absurdity of this player's jump boost and speed-hacks.
