Another Skywars Hacker (...I think??)

Please correct me if I'm wrong. So I was playing Skywars and this guy had a sword that when it hit you, it chaght you on fire. And this was in every game I was playing with him (Like 5). The sword wasn't enchanted (Didn't appear to be glowing from enchant). I don't know if this is hacking or he somehow got a flame sword...?
