Targeting is not a rule in the official rules (https://brokenlens.xyz/forums/threads/official-brokenlens-rules-2017.2692/$), so he won't get muted probably. Also, it seemed like he was just joking around and didn't hate you Killer (He's says "xD" after his message.

Targeting doesn't seem to be apart of the rules and the people aren't really swearing. /ignore them, they are obviously jealous. I've played with you before and it is very frustrating because you win in like 10 seconds xD and we do have kids playing on this server who can't manage their impulse, which is fine unless they break rules, which they have not in this case.
