Look at the picture I took. You have to fill the empty boxes with ONLY a TWO digit number. Each row makes up the same number. When I say each row, it’s like tic tax toe, across, top to bottom, bottom to top, or diagonaly. Good luck, and you can’t cheat on this one. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
