Annoying usernames

So... there are these people who come on BL. They do some stuff, then leave and go, never to be seen again. Their username is taken, and is is annoying when some one wants that name, but it is taken. I have an idea to prevent that, because that happened to me

(The original bop came on for like, 5 minutes, then left)

So what I propose is to monitor players. If they haven’t progressed beyond level 5, and they have not been active for a week, a timer starts. A notification to their account will be sent, and the timer will be several months. If they do not come on, then their account will be deleted and the username will be up-for-grabs.

Imagine if there's someone that has real life problem(busy in schools, works, etc.) and cannot go online n play this server.
And when he or her comes back, realizing their accounts were deleted due to lack of activities, will they be happy about that? Does this server have any chances to persuade these account-deleted players to create a new acc to play?
Imo, none at all.

Also deleting someone's account is an infringement of rights I think.
They have their rights to create an acc, own them without activities.

Still indeed if this will be a thing I don't think people are going to be happy about it. They have all the rights to keep the account.

Yeah ik he is talking about players whose lvl is below 5.
However there is a chance that someone just create an account on the last day of summer vacation and gone for a whole semester.
Ik it rarely happens, but these ppl might exist :3

Imagine some 5yrs old kids' friends told them how wonderful brlns is, they create an acc then, Booooom, their acc got deleted bc their cellphones were taken away by their mom xD
Then these toxic kids might spread something bad about this server :3...
