i want to share it with you

Boy: Want to go in my place babe? ; )
Girl: No!
Boy: But there is 3 pokestops and a poke gym in my place ; )
Girl: ok sure let's go
(i know it's not funny, but i'm just bored, ok?)

Earn XP and increase the Prestige of friendly Gyms by training your Pokémon. You can train your Pokémon in a friendly battle, where you select a single Pokémon to battle against another Pokémon in a friendly Gym. The more you train, the more Prestige you can earn for your team’s Gym.

Training your Pokémon at a friendly Gym is similar to battling the Pokémon of rival teams. When your Pokémon loses a friendly battle, it doesn't faint. Its returned to your collection with 1 HP.
