Solved An old player report that I needed to mute out. [#179]

I recorded this yesterday (Might be banned already?) although I wasn't able to export it until today due to classwork.
I also had to mute the audio as both me and my friends were talking on Xbox and I forgot to separate everyone into different tracks.
Anyways, Here's the report:

Hopefully this evidence is sufficient. Haven't been able to file anywhere near as many reports given that I am now a college student and I don't have as much free time on my hands.

It looks like this player hasn't been reported before which I'm not sure if that's reassuring or concerning.
