Hey there! (This is now so cliche)

1.So, I've been noticing lately that many players do not use the Player Report Format or The Ban Appeal Format. So instead of asking the player to do the deed, why don't you add it in the system? What I mean by this is to introduce the questions of Ban Appeals or Player Reports in the Create Thread page already (permanently) so that staff can do they're work easily? I know this can only be implemented by @vertx That's why I'm pinging him(since only he can edit the forums as far as I know) This would help the staff and make stuff easier, You get the point

2. ALSO, Lately, there's been a lot of spam in the Ban Appeals section (neo offenceo) So, I was thinking that what if in the Ban Appeal section, only staff and the player who created the thread can speak? It'll be like a thread lock for others, but not for staff and the banned player. There can be something called a "Ban Appeal Lock" and a "Permanent Thread Lock"
I'm pretty sure this would help .3.

3.ALSO ALSO, There could also be a ban checker lock in the Ban Appeal section so that players can't access the section unless they're banned. This could simply be done by comparing the minecraft username of the player with the server database and then allowing them to access the section. Now, I know if their friend is banned, this may be a problem, but for this, convos can be used, OR there can be a message/pop-up asking for your gamertag and if its banned, WALAH! Welcome to the Ban Apple(i realized this later but i like it) section.

Hope you like this, and it can be implemented :'D

There are some good reasons other players might reply to another persons ban appeal, for example if the appealer speaks another language a player might help translate. Or the reporter might need to add something. Idk but I think the current system we have is fine

Personally I think it's fine, the ban appeal format and the player report format are mainly there to make anything unclear, clear in a format. I don't think it's really a big deal if players follow it or they don't because in the end, it matters if the message gets through.
