So people get confused on rules and how to report them
Like Targeters for example
Its very difficult to screenshot targeters and get a screenshot unless the player say, "kill ____ everyone!" and most targeters are smart and do it silently, And there isnt a good screen recorder without jailbreak for it to work and even thats hard to say if theres a targetter or not. Some people even stage "fake targeters" just to get a person banned"
So it would be nicer if staff can make a list or thread on what things arnt allowed and how to report them so people can surely know if its bannable or not.
