I suggest adding a limited time Server Wide event in which players go make their maps or create game suggestions within the server for say... A by weekly basis? It could be good, considering players would be attracted to the server due the new game mode. Then, after the competition, players would still stay in the server to expect the new game modes/ maps and might as well stay at the server to experience these new kinds of maps/game modes. Let's rest the issue of mobiles v PC for a moment and go suggest other... Stuff...

I mean forums is a thing where you can submit maps and suggest ideas for mini games. Or are you talking about a custom game creator???
A custom game creator may be impossible to make to be honest and will cost Vertx loads of money to the point in which it would be impossible to do. Do you are talking about an in server event on which you suggest ideas and build maps, is kinda unnecessary although would allow players who don't know about forums to suggest ideas.

Well. Rarely is that I see suggestions getting added. So I thought maybe the server would make suggestions on maps/ game modes easier?

I mean it depends if A LOT of people like and agree on the suggestion. And wether or not the suggestion is helpful and necessary.
