An 1.16 Bug

This issue is due to Minecraft 1.16.200 and later versions changing how the game renders things.
In layman's terms, It's like if you got new glasses that aren't adjusted.
In technical terms, This is because of the way in which shaders and graphical effects render.
Microsoft switched over from GLSL to HLSL to allow for graphical enhancements like ray-tracing and better resource packs.
A change that is this drastic to how the game works definitely takes time to figure out which is why some players prefer using older versions of the game due to improved compatibility with older resource packs and generally improved stability.

well, sometimes in 90 mins or more, it will pink bugged (i lived in asia so the time is diffrent)
Yeah, I've had that happen before. It's kind of inconsistent in terms of how often it occurs.
The amount of time it takes for that to occur can vary from minutes to hours and usually it does not occur at all.
