am I Perm Banned I think I am but just making sure am I? And also on another device can I use my account? And if I can't use _alyssa_rulez can I use my first account
 
Yes, you're perm-banned. And no, you can't use your other account. That would be bypassing.

As Laura said. Sorry, but your ban appeal was final and your ban will remain. I don't think that next time you can make a thread for the ban appeal.
