Am I banned?

I can't join QuakeCraft cuz of the loading screen and its says unable to connect to world...so I deleted quake and tried again it doesn't work... So I delete minecraft and get it back and type the ip back in and it DOESNT work.. if I am banned then what did I do? Plz say I'm hacking but I'm not. I'm just good at the game. I've been play for probably 1 year! I don't understand :,( plz help @Plushtrap_123

1) It could be restarting

2) There might be an update

If you were banned, you would have received a message saying that you were banned. I believe that you aren't banned. I can't join anyway as well, cause it's the same for me .-.
