If it says, "This account has been (temporary/permanently) banned from our services..." that means you are banned. If it doesn't say that, you aren't banned.

If you can't log in, I suggest that you try again later.

it didnt say i am banned,i just cant log it.But uhm,i could log into all other servers except broken lens

I would try again later, if you're Internet connection is going good.
The server may be restarting, and it can take some time.
