When I play any server, after a moment it says the Watcher kicked you... Why is it akways kicking me. How I supposed to play and this idiot always kicking me off. Fix it or delete the watcher from server
 
It's just making sure you're not a hacker if it detects that you might have done a move that makes you look like one.

Is there a bug with it that causes it to kick people when it lags? I've gotten kicked by the watcher a few times at the beginning of Team SkyWars games when it didn't load immediately due to lag. I got error code #121, if that means anything?

its means the watcher thought u were fly hacking

We know about the current problems with the lag and that it can make you fly like lagging, and the watcher will kick you for no reason from the server. Nothing to worry about, the watcher will be improved as soon as possible. :)
