No, you are not part of blacklisted. Since the BrokenLens server doesn't have a system with the blacklist. It only restarts server or shuts down server for temporary or updates server. These other servers are such as OP, money, role-playing games, etc. have a backlist.

I think the problem is with your wifi or you are using a vpn like you are using some other country's server
