Invalid Advertising

This Youtuber is advertising his stream on his second account NotMoneyMo.
His main account (moneymo_playzYT [or moneymo playzYT]) has already been muted for advertising/spam. This is happening every time he goes in the lobby. These screen shots are from his stream. I was not in the game but as a viewer I watched him advertise (that’s why I have the screenshots).
